Zen investments first modal building was designed in 3D, Autocad and went on to become a complete brochure including the building plan, structure, parking and other apartment features.

3D rendering and modal creation is the most complex part when it comes to the building development and approved by the D.H.A. structure and the brochure was just as the client expected.

The brochure then finalized from our side and went on to printing.
