Dr Edge 'Tyrannosaurus dREDge' is a blend of two pinot meunier Vineyards from Pipers Brook and Derwent Valley regions in Tasmania. A fresh and vibrant expression of meunier but also manages to pack in some nice, dark cherry fruitiness, a little supple tannin and a good splash of blood orange amaro like tang. While soft and flowing, there's a quiet wild streak to the wine. This wine pairs
