The wine opens up with a fruity nose, exhibiting notes of wild raspberry, sour cherry and strawberry, complemented by earthy notes of leather, forest floor and oak. In the mouth, Les Sorbets shows an excellent structure and some tartness, with swirling flavours of redcurrant, raspberry, cranberry and liquorice. The finish is fruity and long lasting. Some time spent ageing in the bottle will
