The individual gemstone beads are barrel cut in shape and range in size from 15x7 to 16. 5x7. 5 mm. In total, the bead strand contains over 154ct of natural Howlite beads. Howlite was discovered near Windsor, Nova Scotia in 1868 and named after Henry How, a Canadian chemist, geologist, and mineralogist. It often forms in nodules which resemble cauliflower heads. The
