de Montille, Chevalier Montrachet Vintage:2014 tightly woven and slightly licorice-flavoredAn exuberantly floral nose speaks of mineral reduction, a pretty range of spice elements and a whiff of jasmine scented tea. The succulent yet powerful big bodied flavors brim with both dry extract and minerality on the palate soaking, lemony and quite serious finish that displays excellent length. There is a trace of warmth but otherwise this is also very well balanced.
