Given the nature of digital services and digital products, we do not issue refunds once the order goes into processing or when the download link is sent to you. As a customer, you are responsible and understand this upon ordering any digital service or purchasing an item from our sites.

We understand that exceptional circumstances can take place with regards to the services or digital products that we sell. If you would like to request a refund, kindly write to us at support@westarter.com.

When you send a refund request, use the email that is registered with us either on We Starter or Digitally. Attach complete information about the order that you placed or the service you ordered and the problem that has occurred with detailed and grounded reasons why you applied for a refund. Provide clear evidence that the product/service that you paid for, was not delivered to you as described.

 

Eligibility conditions for a refund request:

  1. You are within the first 30 days of the original purchase or the delivery of the service.
  2. You have an issue that we are unable to resolve which makes your purchase unusable.
    1. Issues caused by third party softwares, products or plugins will not provide grounds for a refund.
  3. You have contacted our team and allowed us to resolve your issue(s).
  4. You are facing problems using the delivered product.
    1. Temporary access to your machine or your server can be requested by our team in order to identify and fix the problem.
    2. Once identified, issues will be fixed within 72 hours.
    3. Failure to provide such access in timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue.
    4. Refusal to provide temporary access sufficient for troubleshooting and resolving may lead to declining a refund request.
  5. You did not receive your order within the time mentioned on the product or on our service contract.
    1. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the delivery. Otherwise the product/service will be considered received and downloaded.

 

Refund requested will be rejected if:

  • You bought a product by mistake.
  • You have changed your mind after the product/service goes into processing.
  • You failed to provide clear instructions of how you want your product/service to be.
  • Your request contradict our Terms & Conditions.
  • You contact us after 30 days of the delivery.

 

Specific terms

Some digital products may explicitly state a full or partial refund is based on a satisfaction guarantee. This means that you can get a full or partial refund or a replacement if you are not satisfied with the product.

 

We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments. We will send you an email 1 week prior to your renewal date, you may cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is processed automatically.

 

Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. By purchasing from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgement or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded. Any payment made to you will be made in US Dollars.
