The grapes for the Caliterra Reserva Sauvignon Blanc come from Caliterra's Santa Marta vineyards in the Casablanca Valley. The vines in the vineyards are on average more than 14 years old and are deeply rooted in loam and clay soils. After the harvest, the grapes are carefully destemmed by hand and then cold macerated before pressing. The must ferments in 100% stainless steel tanks at 12 to 14. The temperature is
