Ihm verdankt die Manufaktur unter anderem eine Serie prachtvoller Majolika Vgel, die der Knstler 1910 zur Weltausstellung in Brssel entwarf. Die neuartige Ausfhrung dieser groen Papageien und Kakadu Figuren knpfte an die Gartenskulptur des 18. Jahrhunderts an. Bis heute zieren die farbenfrohen Vgel die Hofanlage des botanischen Gartens in Mnchen.
