From day one the distillery has worked under the direction of Graham Omand to create a heavily peated, modern single malt whiskey full of character. For the inaugural releases, the team used Concerto malted barley, water from their own well and Aberdeenshire peat, giving the Lagg whiskey the perfect smooth, aromatic, woody smoke. The Lagg Kilmory is the new
