2022 Grauer Burgunder Ziereisen Rhône-Nord Matured in new 600-litre barrelsMineral harmony. The slightly orange colour reflects the time spent on the maceration. Mouth filling and smooth, yet fresh, mineral and cool. Light hints of ripe yellow fruit, herbs and flint. Harmoniously balanced thanks to the ripe acidity, yet unmistakably Zieeisen. Perfect as a food accompaniment. This Pinot Gris has ageing potential of at least five years. Soil and microclimate: Jurassic limestone, partly with loess iron layer Age of the vines:
