Joseph Colin Bourgogne Blanc Les Hauts de la Combe 2023 Calmel + Joseph `Le Domaine` La Madone 2016 Taste: LightBurgundy 'Les Hauts de la Combe' Chardonnay is the result of Joseph's excellent entry level Burgundy. The Chardonnay grapes for this wine come from 2 fields located in Chassagne and Puligny Montrachet respectively . The grapes from Puligny Montrachet come from the field called Les Houlires the grapes from here are from 55 year old vines. Aging takes place in used oak barrels from previous vintages of both Puligny, Chassagne Montrachet and Saint Aubin.
