Considered to be England USA. The bowl has both printed decoration and subsequent hand colored details. The motif shows a romantic hunting and landscape scene executed in classic late Victorian style. The varying dots, lines and colour fields testify to handwork and give a vibrant, hand painted expression, characteristic of the period. Appears as an authentic piece of antique
