2023, Barbaresco Mondino Braucol cool and long-lived Chardonnay –Mondino comes from the historic Balluri parcel on the Barbaresco hill in Neive, where Piero Bussos father planted Nebbiolo vines as early as 1948. The wine is vinified through a long, cool spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel and matured patiently, resulting in an elegant, terroir driven Barbaresco.
