Compatible with all OEM and H D's Premium Ride Hand Adjustable shocks. Includes 2 black anodized brackets, 2 bolts and 4 rubber travel limiters to prevent wheel to fender contact. Note: Not compatible with OEM or custom lowered models. Note: Modifications required on Road King models fitted with leather bags. Fits: 08 21 Touring models (excl. models with Shorty or Low profile shocks)
