Good harmonious and full flavor followed by a light fresh acidity with a hint of menthol. This brut is ideal as an aperitif and goes really well with oysters, but also good for a champagne brunch. Tradition is made from 80% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Blanc. The predominance of Pinot Noir makes the champagne a little fuller and crisper. Light yellow and golden with fine
