Les Cailloux Cuvée Centenaire André Brunel 2019 Valpolicella Classico Superiore but the grapes for thisCuve Centenaire is produced only in the most exceptional years from 125 year old vines, which yield 15 20 hl ha. The soil is rich in blue clay with a high graphite content, which gives the wine a characteristic mineral flavor. The Mistral wind protects the vineyards from humidity and mold, which contributes to the depth and complexity of the wine. Each grape variety (84% Grenache, 10% Mourvdre, 6% Syrah for the 2019 vintage) is fermented separately
