Louis Jadot Echezeaux Grand Cru, 2014, 150cl Nyhed and leatherThe 2014 Echzeaux Grand Cru has a tightly wound, tart red cherry bouquet that needs to forage more complexity during aging. It seems a little lackadaisical at the moment. The palate is quite masculine with slightly dry tannin, firm in the mouth with good density, yet it needs to show more precision and focus on the finish. Not bad, but perhaps surpassed by some of Jadot's Vosne Premier crus this year. Neal Martin, Wine Advocate
